Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager (PAM) to serve as the field-based single point of contact for providers and patients within the US Oncology portfolio, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing support through the treatment journey. The PAM educates on coverage, coding, and payment options, facilitates enrollment, and coordinates with back-office teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or related access roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on oncology access and reimbursement.
• Educate on coverage, coding, and payment policies and assist with enrollment in programs.
• Coordinate with payer account managers and specialty pharmacy teams to resolve access issues.
• Document interactions and report adverse events per program standards.
