Amgen is seeking a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to work in field-based roles across the United States, focusing on payer requirements, prior authorizations, and education for patients, caregivers, and providers. You will collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Case Management to ensure timely access to Amgen therapies.

Formación

• Requires advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience across patient services and reimbursement.
• Experience supporting buy-and-bill or infused pharmaceutical therapies is preferred.
• Understanding of reimbursement processes including prior authorization, appeals, and denied claims management is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support patient access and reimbursement for infused and specialty therapies.
• Educate physician offices and sites of care on therapy coverage pathways and reimbursement processes.
• Resolve access barriers and assist with prior authorization and denials management.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, Case Management, and Site of Care teams to support patient access initiatives.
• Travel up to 50% to support field operations.
