Amgen is seeking a field-based Patient Access Liaison (PAL) to support patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and sites of care in navigating insurance coverage and reimbursement for Amgen therapies. The PAL will work across Market Access, Medical Affairs, Advocacy, and Site of Care teams to ensure timely access and provide education on coverage and financial assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient access and reimbursement processes.
• Familiarity with insurance benefits and prior authorization handling.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Support patient access and reimbursement for infused and specialty therapies.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and providers on coverage and financial assistance resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve access barriers and ensure timely therapy access.
