Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a management role.
• Experience in healthcare setting management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of daily registrations, including insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
• Provide high-quality service to patients and resolve issues or complaints promptly.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensure sound working relationships.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to associates.
• Train staff on policies, procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other standards.
• Assist manager with staff evaluations and performance feedback.
• Ensure proper utilization of software and technology tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
