• Minimize delays in registration to support timely access to care.
• Build trust with patients who may be ill, anxious, or overwhelmed.
• Navigate insurance plans, enter demographics, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
