Job summary

Avem Health Partners is seeking a senior leader to manage Patient Access Services across multiple sites in Oklahoma City. You will direct operations, coach hospital-level supervisors, and ensure efficient patient flow from admissions to registration, with a focus on quality and HIPAA compliance.

The role requires 4+ years of management in patient access, strong communication, and the ability to implement process improvements, training programs, and performance metrics across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of management experience in Patient Access Services.
• Knowledge of hospital and physician access management processes.
• Leadership in the core values of the organization.
• Clear, effective communication skills.
• Mature problem-solving approach to issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for Patient Access Services across hospital sites.
• Coach hospital-level supervisors through performance feedback and development.
• Lead regular meetings to assess performance and remove barriers to success.
• Develop and maintain an access management training program with standardized practices.
• Manage admissions/registration issues and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to align staffing with patient volume and operational needs.
