Shriners Children’s seeks a Patient Access Supervisor to lead day-to-day patient access and scheduling at our Greenville site. You will supervise Patient Access Representatives and ensure accurate registration and timely scheduling in compliance with policies.

This role uses KPIs, data reporting and leadership judgment to identify trends, coach staff, and drive service excellence. You will partner with Practice Manager and Regional Center Manager to align workflows and deliver a high-quality

Competenze

3 years of patient access, scheduling, or registration experience in healthcare.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to interpret performance reports to guide decisions.
HIPAA knowledge and patient privacy compliance.

Mansioni

Oversee daily patient access and scheduling operations for the site Contact Center.
Monitor KPIs and dashboards to drive service levels and patient experience.
Coach and supervise Contact Center staff and support onboarding.
Collaborate with Practice Manager and regional leaders to standardize processes.
Ensure staffing coverage and accurate timekeeping for payroll.
