Job summary

Shriners Portland is seeking a full-time Patient Access Supervisor to lead the site’s patient access and scheduling operations. You will supervise staff, manage workflows, and ensure accurate registration and timely access to care.

This role collaborates with Practice Manager and regional leadership to drive improvements using data, maintain high patient experience, and handle daily payroll/timekeeping. A high-school diploma and healthcare access experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of experience in patient access, scheduling, registration, or customer service in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient access and scheduling operations at the assigned site.
• Manage real-time workflows, staffing, and service levels to meet patient needs.
• Provide coaching and supervision to Patient Access Representatives.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, registration, and pre-registration activities per policy.
