Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Patient Access / Patient Registration Specialist to coordinate referrals, intake documentation, and cross-functional communication, ensuring a smooth transition into infusion care.

You will work with referral sources, sales, pharmacy, nursing, and internal teams to enable timely therapy access and deliver a high-quality patient experience. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in related work, with strong multitasking and attention to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing teams.
• Create, communicate and obtain all required documentation for new referrals.
• Assist patients with upfront payment options and direct to financial assistance when needed.
• Support clean claims on hold and denial management by following up on missing paperwork.
• Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed.
