Option Care Health is seeking a Patient Access / Registration Specialist to coordinate referrals, intake documentation, and cross-functional communication to ensure a seamless transition into infusion care.

This role partners with referral sources, sales, pharmacy, nursing, and internal teams to support timely access to therapy while delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for patients and referral partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience required.
• Strong customer service and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge, secure nursing and delivery with patient, referrals, sales, pharmacy, and nursing teams.
• Create, communicate and obtain all required documentation for new referrals.
• Assist patients with upfront payments and direct to financial assistance when needed.
• Support claims follow-up and denial management by obtaining missing paperwork.
• Assist Supervisor/Manager with special assignments as needed.
