Responsibilities

• Review referrals and medical documentation to determine eligibility and compliance.
• Communicate with patients about financial responsibilities and collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians, and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes and maintain accurate records in EMR systems.
• Assist with scheduling and inventory coordination to ensure patient access to services.
