Qualifications

• 1 year of relatable work experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare admin, insurance, billing, or call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review patient eligibility and payer requirements before service delivery.
• Coordinate referrals and enter referrals in EMR within established timeframes.
• Communicate financial responsibilities to patients and document interactions.
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation in electronic systems.
• Support intake process and ensure smooth handoffs to service delivery teams.
