JAG One Physical Therapy LLC in Vineland, NJ is hiring a Patient Access Representative to greet patients, schedule appointments, register new patients, verify insurance, and collect patient financial responsibility. This role supports a seamless front-desk operation across our outpatient clinics.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (medical assistant certificate preferred), 1+ year in a medical receptionist role, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; medical assistant certificate preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as medical receptionist/administrative assistant.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in the medical office.
• Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.
• Field all calls using our general office number.
• Utilize medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for patients.
• Register new patients and update necessary records.
• Distribute forms and paperwork to patients to ensure required fields are completed appropriately.
• Daily collection of patient financial responsibility.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient records.
• Completing and tracking insurance verifications, authorizations, and referrals.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and Auto claim submissions.
• Perform other diverse duties as requested or required.
