Qualifications

• Able to discuss medical issues clearly with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and guide them to the correct area.
• Register patients promptly to maintain patient flow.
• Collect updated demographic info and accurately code records.
• Explain insurance processes, deductibles, and co-pays to patients.
• Obtain signatures and verify Medicare/insurance details as needed.
• Explain and promote MyChart and capture patient emails.
