Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones with correct salutation and take messages as needed.
• Document messages in the EMR system.
• Greet patients warmly and verify demographics and insurance.
• Check in and out patients in the EMR system.
• Scan and attach paperwork into EMR and route appropriately.
• Collect co-pays and apply payments, balance accounts per policy.
