Qualifications

• Excellent communication and writing skills; required.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in PC applications and registration software.
• Must be fluent in English and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Register all patient types and resolve patient concerns.
• Coordinate scheduling of tests and procedures with physician practices.
• Maintain patient flow and confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Escort and assist patients, visitors, and staff; support Heart Center registration.
• Obtain necessary signatures and verify insurance benefits.
