Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, Colorado is hiring for a full-time Guest Services/Registration role in a busy medical office. You will greet patients, collect and verify demographics, insurance, and payments, and ensure accurate entry into the systems.

Prior health services experience and strong communication are essential. You’ll collaborate with clinical partners to keep patient flow smooth and patients informed about portal use and test locations.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher in health services administration or related field.
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• 1+ year in customer services and medical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming phone calls, responds to inquiries, and directs calls appropriately.
• Registers patients for services and enters demographics, insurance, and billing information.
• Verifies eligibility and benefits memos to support post-care financial needs.
• Maintains communication between clinical, ancillary, and patient access departments to enhance patient experiences.
