Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the Lisle Internal Medicine location. The role focuses on front desk duties, patient check-in/out, scheduling, and insurance verification to ensure a smooth patient experience.

You will work with a collaborative care team in a physician-led network, contributing to timely access and high-quality care for patients in Lisle, IL.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer 1 year in a medical office or front desk role.
• Experience with EPIC or similar EMR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; manage scheduling and check-out.
• Answer phones, collect co-pays, and route inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC and verify insurance details.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments with care teams.
• Support daily front desk operations and improve patient access.
