Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the Westmont, IL area. The role involves greeting patients, handling check-ins/outs, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and supporting referral management within EPIC and other systems.

The ideal candidate has at least a High School diploma and 1 year of medical office or front desk experience, with strong customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Prior receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar EMR systems.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and medical office procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and check in/out; schedule appointments.
• Answer phones on a multi-line system and route inquiries.
• Collect copayments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Update patient demographics and verify insurance in EPIC.
• Assist with referrals and scheduling follow-ups.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
