Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our Westmont team. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and coordinate referrals to ensure a smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a medical office, strong customer service, and proficiency with EPIC EMR and Microsoft Office. This is an on-site, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of medical office/front desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems and Microsoft Office desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients and schedule appointments.
• Manage phone system, route inquiries, and make outbound calls.
• Collect co-pays and reconcile daily transactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC and other systems.
• Support scheduling and referrals to improve patient access and experience.
