Qualifications

• CHAA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls and directs calls to appropriate staff.
• Welcomes patients and verifies/enters demographics, insurance and billing data.
• Registers patients for services and ensures data accuracy at check-in.
• Supports post-care financial needs and helps maximize reimbursement.
• Coordinates with clinical partners to maintain smooth patient flow.
