• Enter data and manage documentation to meet accuracy and collection goals.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and physicians for timely submission of authorization forms.
• Assist callers and visitors and route to the correct personnel.
• Schedule patients according to department protocols and verify demographic and payment information.
