Qualifications

• Experience in customer services or medical office settings preferred.
• Familiar with medical terminology, coding, charge entry and payment collection.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Register patients and verify demographics, insurance and billing information.
• Facilitate discharge and maximize reimbursement.
• Provide patient education and assist with test location directions and patient portal usage.
• Maintain communication between clinical and patient access teams.
• Support smooth operation of Guest Services.
