Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience in a receptionist role or medical front office preferred.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Verify demographics and insurance details at check-in.
• Collect payments and manage co-pays at the front desk.
• Coordinate appointments including cast/measure and prosthetic care.
• Support clinic services and maintain electronic records.
