Bryan Health is seeking a Front Desk/Patient Access Clerk to greet patients, check-in for providers, collect co-pays, and register in multiple databases. You will verify demographics and direct patients to the correct area, while maintaining a welcoming front lobby and coffee bar area.

You will interact with patients, visitors, and colleagues with professionalism, handle sensitive information, and support office operations. This role reports to the Front Desk/Switchboard supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors and checks them in for providers and services.
• Directs patients to correct areas after check-in and maintains lobby appearance.
• Verifies demographics, collects co-pays, and registers patients in multiple databases.
• Schedules, checks-in patients for outreaches, and verifies demographics after outreach.
• Maintains front lobby, waiting areas, and coffee bars.
• Sorts and distributes mail and signs-in vendors.
• Performs duties in compliance with policies and procedures and supports office operations.
