The ideal candidate will have a healthcare-focused bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong EMR and practice management skills, and the ability to manage performance and staffing across clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
• Experience managing front desk or administrative staff in a medical setting is preferred.
• Proficient in EMR and practice management software; strong writing/verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and supervise administrative staff.
• Monitor schedules, analytics, and patient accounts weekly.
• Collaborate with cross-clinic teams to optimize patient access and referrals.
• Lead performance reviews, training, and staffing coverage.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with the manager to resolve problems.
