Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a Patient Services Manager to oversee front desk operations and supervise administrative staff across our Highland Park clinic. You will drive patient access, schedule optimization, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced medical office.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree (Healthcare preferred), 3 years of healthcare customer-service management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with EMR and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Healthcare concentration preferred) or equivalent.
• Healthcare customer-service management experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed minimum 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and supervise administrative staff.
• Ensure optimal patient access and scheduling across clinics.
• Coach front desk team to meet visit capacity and collections targets.
• Lead escalation and resolution of administrative issues.
