Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (Healthcare concentration preferred) or the equivalent of 3 years of customer service management experience.
• Displays professional and effective writing and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed minimum 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Review analytics, provider schedules, and patient accounts weekly.
• Ensure optimal patient access via cross-clinic scheduling and central scheduling.
• Supervise Front Desk staff to meet administrative metrics.
• Serve as administrative lead and escalate issues as needed.
• Attend monthly management meetings and coordinate with physician administration.
