Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; healthcare preferred or 3+ years of customer service management experience.
• Professional writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficient with EMR and practice management software; basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and supervise administrative staff.
• Ensure optimal patient access via scheduling and cross-clinic collaboration.
• Coach staff to meet administrative metrics like visit capacity and collections.
