Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a Patient Services Manager to oversee daily front desk operations and supervise administrative staff across clinic sites. You will ensure high-quality patient access, optimize workflow, and coach a team to meet service and operational metrics.

Responsibilities include coordinating with scheduling, reviewing analytics, and leading provider and patient communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (Healthcare concentration preferred) or the equivalent of 3 years of customer service management experience

Responsibilities

• Review analytics, provider schedules, and patient accounts weekly
• Ensure optimal patient access via cross-clinic collaboration and scheduling
• Supervise Front Desk team to meet administrative metrics
• Coach staff to meet visit capacity, collections, and referral follow-through
• Lead escalation for resolution and communicate with manager weekly
• Develop relationships with the Physician Administrator and participate in meetings
• Manage performance appraisal cycles for staff
• Handle time off and coverage arrangements
• Conduct on-site interviews when applicable
• Prepare for New Hire, Transfer, and Termination processes
• Attend monthly management meetings and conference calls
• Assist with special projects and clinic coverage
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• All other duties as assigned
