The Patient Services Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, supervise administrative staff, and drive performance metrics to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a healthcare related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare customer service management preferred.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with ability to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Review analytics platform, provider schedules, and patient accounts weekly.
• Ensure optimal patient access via cross-clinic scheduling and central scheduling support.
• Supervise Front Desk team to meet administrative metrics for visits, collections and referrals.
• Lead as administrative point of contact for escalations and resolutions.
• Attend monthly management meetings and collaborate with physician administrators.
