Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Experience operating a PC and using software applications.
• One year of related experience, preferably in medical/financial services or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, register, and admit patients at bedside; verify insurance information.
• Collect and post patient liabilities; perform daily reconciliation in the ADT system.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate registration in the electronic health record during downtime and assist evenings, weekends, and holidays.
