Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, register, and admit patients at bedside.
• Verify insurance information through payor contacts or verification systems.
• Identify patient financial responsibilities and collect estimates and liabilities.
• Post payment transactions and reconcile daily activity in the ADT system.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide a positive patient experience.
