Responsibilities

• Schedules, registers, and admits at bedside as needed.
• Verifies insurance information through payor contacts and electronic systems.
• Calculates estimates and collects liabilities in the ADT system and posts payments.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA and AHN policies.
