Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, register, and admit patients at bedside; verify demographics and insurance.
• Collect and verify data for billing and submissions; coordinate with payors.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments per system rules.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate EHR registration during downtime.
• Respond professionally to inquiries from patients, families, and staff.
• Support adherence to EMTALA and AHN policies; participate in training as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
