Qualifications

• One year of related experience in a medical, financial services, or high-volume customer service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduling, registration, and admitting functions at the point of care.
• Verify insurance information and collect or correct patient data for accurate billing.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support compliance with HIPAA and AHN privacy policies in all interactions.
• Assist with data collection for regulatory paperwork and documentation as needed.

Education
