Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Executive Director of Patient Access to provide strategic and operational leadership for patient registration across our hospitals. You will align workflows with organizational goals and drive standardization across sites.

You will partner with senior leaders, oversee KPI dashboards, and mentor Directors of Patient Access while ensuring a patient-centered, compliant and efficient revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, or Healthcare Operations.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership overseeing multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a system-wide strategy for Patient Access operations.
• Standardize access workflows, policies, and technologies across hospitals and ambulatory locations.
• Lead enterprise revenue cycle transformation initiatives, including automation and patient self-service.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements across all sites.
