Qualifications

High School Graduate with strong data entry and confidentiality focus.
Experience with Epic EMR or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Register and check in patients; verify demographics, guarantor, and insurance information.
Discuss and collect co-pays and responsibilities; ensure timely payments and reduce billing issues.
Explain financial responsibilities and refer to Financial Advocates when needed.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information.
Schedule appointments and provide test preparation directions; assist with transportation and accessibility needs.
Provide welcoming, professional environment and handle calls and messages.
