Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create initial electronic health record foundational to patient care and prevent duplicates.
• Check in and register patients; verify demographics, insurance, and collect co-pays.
• Communicate financial responsibilities with patients and refer to Financial Advocates as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, EMTALA, and other regulatory requirements; obtain signatures as required.
• Assist with scheduling, test prep guidance, and post-visit follow-ups; support patient portal usage.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet patients, answer calls, and maintain professional environment.
