Responsibilities

• Create and register patient records accurately with HIPAA compliance.
• Verify demographic, guarantor, and insurance information; collect co-pays.
• Explain insurance basics and assist patients with financial responsibilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain signatures as needed.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate reminders and instructions.
• Provide welcoming, professional service and assist with patient needs.
• Manage electronic health record work queues per department process.
