Responsibilities

• Support Patient Access Services by performing registration-related functions.
• Provide training and support to staff and new hires.
• Develop competency tests and annual skills days for staff.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and LEAN thinking in daily work.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and payroll timecards with management.
• Participate in system leadership meetings and interdepartmental projects.
