Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pre-register patients and discuss insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
• Explain payment options and collect point-of-service payments as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required.
• Utilize registration software to support efficient office operations.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and organizational regulations.
• Complete ongoing education and training requirements.
• Support the team with additional administrative duties.
