Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide outstanding service in person and over the phone.
• Register patients by collecting demographic, insurance, and visit information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, Medicare compliance, and patient benefits before appointments.
• Pre-register patients and discuss insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
• Calculate patient responsibility estimates and collect at service.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information.
• Use patient access and registration software to support office operations.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.
• Complete ongoing education and training requirements.
• Support team with additional administrative duties.
