Training is provided, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday during standard hours. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and cooperative teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate is required.
• Typically 0–1 year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or other customer service-related area.
• Basic knowledge of computers and desktop software.
• Knowledge of customer service and ability to work with a variety of patients and patient situations.

Responsabilidades

• Link patient experience between PACT and the practice site using established policies.
• Assist inbound callers and make outbound follow-up calls as needed.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting for online applications and systems.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate cancellations, reschedules, and additions.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance, ensuring accuracy of records.
