Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Patient Care Services Representative coverage as required.
• Verify patient information and insurance details for accuracy.
• Collect co-pays and payments; issue receipts.
• Assist in cross-training other staff to ensure continuous coverage.
• Schedule patients per practitioner guidelines.
• Maintain patient records and respond to provider support requests.
• Handle check-in, appointment scheduling, and messaging.
