Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify information, handle payments, and schedule follow-ups while ensuring a smooth, welcoming clinic experience.

You will support clinic operations, maintain accurate records, comply with HIPAA, and coordinate with therapists. Full-time schedule typically 8-9 hours, with shifts 7am to 6:30pm, and potential float to Elmhurst, Hinsdale, Westchester, and Willowbrook.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must meet compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Handle payments and explain financial responsibilities.
• Support clinic operations: phones, schedules, referrals, EMR documentation.
• Deliver a positive patient experience and address questions.
• Ensure HIPAA and documentation compliance.
• Coordinate with therapists and teams to resolve access or scheduling issues.
• Provide coverage support as needed.
