Job summary

PT Solutions Canton seeks a Patient Access Coordinator to greet patients, manage check-in/out, verify information, and schedule follow-ups. You’ll handle payments and maintain accurate daily financial records while supporting clinic operations and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service or healthcare front office preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and scheduling platforms preferred.
• Must meet compliance, background check, and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out.
• Verify information, schedule follow-up appointments.
• Handle payments and explain financial responsibilities.
• Support clinic operations: phones, referrals, EMR docs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with therapists and teams to coordinate care.
• Provide coverage and assist with special projects as needed.
