Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to serve as the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring a seamless care journey. You will verify insurance, obtain authorizations, coordinate referrals, and manage schedules while upholding HIPAA guidelines.

This role offers full-time hours with a Monday–Thursday 10am–6pm and Friday 8am–4pm schedule, and pays $19–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations.
• Coordinate physician referrals and optimize schedules.
• Reconcile patient payments and maintain HIPAA-compliant processes.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal departments.
