Humana invites you to join CenterWell Senior Primary Care as a Front Office Healthcare Support professional. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and guide them through the visit with empathy and accuracy.

In this on-site role, you’ll prepare visits, manage check-in via digital tools, monitor queues, and ensure clean data and high patient satisfaction while supporting the clinic’s financial health.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and empathy in handling patients

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: Review schedule 24-48 hours ahead to identify missing docs and gaps
• Digital-First Intake: Facilitate patient check-in and ensure demographics, consents, and signals are complete
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: Monitor waiting area and EMR queues; communicate delays
• Point-of-Service Collections: Discuss financial responsibility and process payments with daily drawer reconciliation
• Exit & Outreach: Schedule follow-ups and manage outreach for no-shows or preventive care
