You’ll collect co-pays, assist in digital intake, and drive a seamless pre-arrival to checkout flow while delivering empathetic, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient eligibility and benefits.
• Ability to use scheduling systems to optimize staffing.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Review schedules 24–48 hours ahead to identify gaps and missing docs.
• Facilitate digital check-in with demographics and consents.
• Monitor queues and communicate delays to patients and staff.
• Discuss financial responsibility and process payments with integrity.
• Conduct checkout, schedule follow-ups, and outreach for no-shows.
